Hi, I recently got my bite blocks off which I had during braces in order to not bite them off.
However a complication is that my muscle memory has changed, meaning my mouth now instinctively avoids teeth contact (basically shuts to a position where my bite blocks were) this isn't so much a problem in the daytime, however in the night since my teeth instinctively don't contact with eachother my mouth opens causing me to mouthbreathe.
anyone have any ideas to get my teeth to keep contact again? I want my premolars to touch lightly as that is apparently the best mouth posture.
