How do I shorten my midface

I'm still in puberty so if there's anything I can do
Including soft maxes to make it look like my midface is shorter

If you could mention surgeries for later on in life that's not bad either

Maybe you could actually make a device where you have like a plate moulded to your maxilla and you just take Mike Tyson uppercuts daily for upswing

I am focused on other things
But If I can even shorten it by a mm Ill be happy
Or perhaps mitigate it by getting a longer lower third or wider cheekbones
