i totally feel u bro im pretty much in the same situation. one thing that has definitely helped me though is exposure to people. forcing urself to make eye contact, trying to engage more, stuff like that definitely has helped with my social skills. at this point in school, its very hard to make new friends since most people have already formed friend groups and shit but definitely take opportunities to socialize when your given one like group projects and stuff like that.

yeah, i mean im not sure, but my mom has depression, dad has bpd, and my sister was js tld she has adhd, im not saying i have anything but there is always the risk of inheriting smt from them. only rzn why i dont get intoxicated is religious
