How do I start the process of getting bimax surgery?

I want to consult with these cosmetic bimax surgeons in Italy.

How do I even start the process?

1). Do I need to speak to an orthodontist first and tell them that I want bimax surgery for cosmetic reasons? Or do people normally contact the surgeon first?
2). I definitely need braces to straighten my teeth; right now I don't even have an orthodontist. Is there any way of accelerating this or just doing braces afterwards?
3). Do I need to send the surgeon my CBCT files myself, or does the orthodontist do this for me?
4). Is the consult with the surgeon done entirely online, like on a Zoom call?

I'm in the USA if that's relevant.

Do it yourself, you just need to brake you own jaw( the hard part) then you just need to allign the bite and the movements you want. After that you try to make the jaw stay that way by using tape

Get a CT ct maxillofacial without contrast at 0.5-0.7 MM resolution. Then ask them for a DVD copy or something and upload the files into a DICOM via computer.

Then find good surgeons for planning/Opinions.
Don’t brother with orthodontist they will try to cuck you and leave you deformed and possibly worse. Always speak to a maxillofacial surgeons first.
Surgery plan first then braces

Must consults are done online so just ask the surgeon if they do that.
