How do i starvemaxx without fucking up my hormones?

I wanna starvemaxx obv for appeal and im thinking of 400 calories per day, Im taking 2 protein shakes to hit my daily protein and calcium limit, that amounts to 300 calories and the other 100 calories would probably be fruit. Im also gonna be taking vitamin d3+k2 anything else i need to minimize effects without eating too much?

i am aware that calories in, calories out is not always correct -harvard health - stop-counting-calories

but it's also a great way to have some sort of idea of where you're at - PMID: 28765272

i'm just saying that if you eat 5000 calories in raw meat or you eat 1500 calories in healthy and nutrient food, the person eating 1500 will lose weight whereas it's not certain tha the person eating 5000 in raw meat will lose weight.

I'm not trying to have a hostile conversation with you as i do agree on your opinion, my pov is just that calories in calories out is a way to have some sort of idea of where you're at.
