Thanks man this really helpsIf ur really serious you could try to get something prescribed for BID (binge eating disorder) that surpesses appetite. I kinda abuse my adhd meds to starvemaxx cuz theyre an appetite supressant. If not tho just spam 0 cal drinks and find low calorie foods, pretty sure u can even get 0 (probably more like 5) calorie jello from the store or like certain ice cream brands are only 300-400 cal per container and some pizzas around 600-700. Or u could js do a fuck ton of cardio everyday (sports, treadmill, running, etc). Also, somewhat of an unethical tip is to binge eat and then force urself to puke it out, you wont absorb most of the calories from the food (you could also do this if u regret eating) but thats prob gonna make u develop an eating disorder pretty fast.
