Deadass im going insane I have done barely anything with my life, doesnt matter how much i want to do something like looksmax, study or whatever else thats productive or good for me, I always end up not feeling like doing it after a few days or even hours. Is my brain that rotten? Do I have some mental disorder like depression adhd or something that would kill all my motivation to do things?? Am I doomed to forever be a loser??? I actually need help, how do I fix my brain?

Yeah I have a few clear goals set, the second part is the actual problem though. I think its like I said, either some mental disorder or more likely fried dopamine receptors from watching tiktok and that type of thing. At the very least I dont actually watch short-form content anymore, replaced it with longer stuff on youtube, so thats progress ig

Been trying but dont know how well its working. Basically no way to test my t levels where i live
And if high energy during the day is a sign of high t then im fucked, during a break from school i used to eat okay, sleep 9-11 hours a night, and get some sunlight and yet I felt tired af all day

just do something that requires you to keep doing it or there will be consequences and that will help you get disciplined

Inflammatory diet change it, yeah high energy is high test

begin doing with things you might actually enjoy first. find something broken around your home, fix it. need a new shelf? buy it, install it yourself without help. bask at your own accomplishment. stop stressing and worrying so much. life can be easy, but you need to make it easy yourself.

TLDR: get up and do shit retard
