how do i stop being a voicecel at 16

i sound like a femboy because of my accent and voice pitch i scored 120-130hz everytime on voicecel.org (im greek btw incase ur wondering about the accent)
how can i fix this (prefferably doesnt involve taking anything that my body will become dependant on)
