How do I stop binging

title is self explanatory, been cutting on various calories for a couple months now and have just been losing the same 3 lbs and regaining it.

The main issue is that I cant stop binging, what I mean is that i’ll be on a defect of any amount (anywhere from 500 under maintenance to 1500 under maintnence) for like 7 days MAX, usually 4-5 before i just go into autopilot and completely destroy the kitchen and eat everything in sight.

For refrence im 5’7 17, and 145 lbs

Do not even attempt to tell me that im “too small” or “too young” to be cutting i’ve heard it all i dont care i just wanna be lean (i’ve been lifting for 4 years and already have enough muscle)

If you really wanted it, you wouldn’t be binging.

Drink a lot of water, whenever your hungry eat salt or do cardio. Drink diet soda. I used those to maintain sub 2000 calorie deficits.
