I'm stiff and dense and my body looks decent even with a little bit of retention, but the fucking problem is that I WEIGHT FUCKING 58 kg,and it seems that no matter how much I eat my weight doesn’t go up, I’m thinking it may be over training due to my fucked up endocrine system for being an industrialcel

Track calories for a bit and see how mich you're actually eating. If it's actually 3000+ then maybe check thyroid, but probably just not eating as much as you think

probably, I hope it’s just that, because if it’s overtraining I’ll be really pissed

i train full body 3-4 times per week 2 hours with 12-16 series per muscle group,i hate be natural

You got to do like 40-70 reps per muscle per session and 6-12 reps per set and eat more, you got to be doing something wrong. At the very least you should be gaining fat.

I will change my repetition range in the next training sessions, the chances of being overtrainned are huge I think, I do low reps (6-8) with absurd weights
 
Maybe just try the reddit PPL and stick to the reps and ranges or read more about how to train properly.
 
This was my workout today and i ate 4700 calories, im bulking for 2 months after a 15+kg cut. It's the reddit PPl with some adds like grip, neck and abs and other minor changes.

1 - Track your calories in Cronometer or Myfitnesspal by weighing all your food as precisely as possible with a food scale

2 - Eat a caloric surplus of 20% more than what you normally consume

3 - Weigh yourself every week upon waking up before eating

4 - If your weight doesn't increase by 1 lb, add 250 calories. Keep doing that until it increases by 1 lb every week. Then stay on a 1lb/week bulk until you reach a good weight for your height, then switch to a 0.5 lb/week bulk. To bulk, lift weights 4 times per week on a good high volume (3x8-12 per exercise) training program that trains the whole body (Upper Lower is my favorite).

5 - If you can't eat enough, split your total calories into 5-6 meals that you eat every 3-4 hours. If you always forget, set an alarm at the times you plan to eat, then eat even when you're not hungry as long as you're not full, you won't get sick.

6 - Eat as fast as possible while chewing properly, the faster you eat, the more you can eat before you feel full.

7 - Eat 1g of protein per lb of bodyweight and eat healthy foods that are high in calories.
Best Carbs: White Rice, Pasta, Bagels and White Bread
Best Protein: Chicken thighs, Pork Chops, Steak, Eggs, Ribs
Best Fats: Avocado, Dark Chocolate, Eggs, Nuts, Seeds

How old are you? If ur still growing I suggest you to train less, rather play sports and focus on eating more

You simply arent eating enough consistently , u have to eat at least 3000 calories per day EVERY SINGLE day. I too had the same issue as you and i was just overestimating how much i eat. You should be feeling like a baboon at the end of the day and should be full asf. Gained 15kg in a month and a half by eating 6 big meals a day
 
but i cut down cause i got too chubby, as long as u dont look like a twink just try and gain a bit but not too much so that u dont look lean, remember being lean is key. dont look at the scale too much, i weigh less than i look

how tall are you? do not forget that fat doesn’t contract only muscle do this, and contrary to what some idiots think doesn’t give you super force, you must have a lot of lean mass
