I flew over to Manchester in late 2021 to do in person nofap coaching with this guy called Hamza Ahmed. He charged me $299 per hour and we spent 4 days together. He even let me stay with him in his parents house! What a nice guy!

I feel like it was money well spent. The trick is when you go to bed, close the laptop, put your phone outside the room and start journaling until you fall asleep.
