How do i stop my discord addiction

i know its pathetic

i had discord installed since 2021 and everyday i HAVE to check my dms and check servers and shit and i dont wanna stay that way

everytime i try to delete discord, it works for a week but then i come back

and i decided to delete discord yesterday at 9 am
and i swear, every 2 hours i would reinstall it, check notifications and then delete it

this is one of the main problems now, even when i told everyone i know that ill be quitting for a month i still reinstall and delete discord about 4 - 7 times a day.
