How do I stop my parents from bringing up the fact that i'm an incel without a girlfriend?

For a few weeks now, they've been on the same bs, talking about some "why dont you have a girlfriend you're 18." Each time i'd just stare at them for a minute and say shit like "lets not ruin this great day with an unnecessary argument" or just leave straight up, but recently its gotten worse. They brought up the fact that my little cousin (12) has a girlfriend and the fact that he got one before me is "ludicrous." That got to me but instead of getting angry i just giggled (because its true) and left. That made them angry for some reason and now they bring up that gf bullshit even more, every chance they get. I think its a matter of time before i snap and just spill out all the bp stuff and the fact that i've been called ugly by a lot of women, but they'll just say its in my head (like they always do) and keep on pressuring me. Idk what i can do when the people im arguing with have 0 knowledge in the subject of modern age dating, and will never understand the fact looks actually matter nowadays u like 30 years ago. Genuinely what do i do.
