How do I stop PTSD induced tics?

I started getting tics after being blackpilled (5 years ago) and have had tics ever since. How do I stop this shit?

Go to a doctor JFL getting blackpilled didn't give you Tourette's nigga

NAC and cutting off gluten helped with OCD symptoms. Don't know about PTSD

When I have tics I say shit like "fuck women" or " I hate foids" uncontrollably. I'm pretty sure I have Tourettes syndrome.

There's a lot of literature about NAC for PTSD online, I will look into this.
