How do I stop rotting

Are there any real ways I can stop rotting.

I used to have friends in school when I was younger but I have only been with people outside of school since the age of 10 after my parents divorced despite being invited to stuff/ people asking for me.

Legit spent all my life in my room because I was too scared to interact with others and now I haven’t talked to someone my age in over 2 years over

You need to have a goal. My goal is a 69 cm waist and honestly, I don't even know if it's a good goal, but I  a goal. It gives me a certain structure and something to aim for.

I'm in no position to give advice on quitting rotting but at the moment I like to go for very long walks/hikes for hours to at least get out of the house. Then I come home and work on particular skills that I want to become better at to hopefully get a better job.

Its a start but it all begins in the mind. If the mind does not genuinely seek change then you won't. You can larp to yourself about it but if it doesnt come genuinely then you are just gonna get burnt out and go back to your old ways

That's a huge, improbable to attain goal unless you're upper middle class+. Maybe you can start with a smaller goal of getting facial fillers first if you think that would bring you closer to the ultimate result. Then again, I don't know much about craniofacial surgery, so could be way off base.
