Ive had blood while wiping after shitting for about 3years already but lately there is also a lot of it in the toilet there is some in the actual shit sometimes it look like its in one spot and sometimes it looks like its wiped onto the shit but there is also some sprayed onto the toilet sometimes its painful sometimes its not but the blood is always there what can i do to stop this dont tell me to go to the doctor im not able to talk to people and i dont want to
