All day long I didn't have a single lustful thought but some minutes ago I started having them and urges rised.
I could no longer resist it and hence decided to release it.
I'm ashamed that I can't control my urges.
I want to keep myself busy to prevent this but the problem is I don't have any hobbies.
It's Christmas and I hope I will not fap from tomorrow for the next 90 days atleast.
