How do I stretch my stomach to eat more?

I just need some tips on how to work up an appetite.

Even If I excersize it takes considerable effort to eat 1,500 calories a day which is nowhere near enough for someone my age and height. Any tips?

Don't say weed I gave that up and am not planning on smoking again for a while

I really wish that's all it takes but I am anorexic and just got over really bad chronic illness and drug abuse. I'm 6'3 130 lbs despite trying my best to gain weight for several months

Eat low vol high calorie food full of sugar leaving you wanting for more. Liquid calories

do more physical activity so your body craves more food, also liquid calories are easier than solid foods

i have the same exact problem i also cap out at 1500 calories and thats me making sure i eat three meals a day til im full

Litteraly just Drink chocolate milk bro
I buy skim milk so it's 1280cals and 128g protein per gallon and costs 2 bucks. then i throw in 1000 cals worth of chocolate or strawberry syrup. so in the end the macros are all carbs and protein, everythings used on the bulk. ends up being like 150% of your drv for potassium so it dries me out and has drastically changed my quality of sleep.

if youre not big enough to need that many calories u can limit the syrup or skip it entirely. u need that many fluids in the day regardless, may as well get a bunch of protein and potassium with it

I have one of those mass gainer shake things but It's hard unless I really force it down.
avoid that and whatever you think of as "bulking foods." these often slow down digestion and make it hard as hell to eat anything after. after a few days of sticking to fast digesting meals like chicken and rice you'll be hungry for another meal just a couple hours after eating
