How do I successfully dopamine detox and detach myself from overstimulation?

It may sound like a way to cope.
But I’m doing so I can find enjoyment in smaller things and make these all of these little things add up and help me cope.
I can‘t do big things yet but neither build meaningful connections so I need to start small.

Lock your remotes, devices away in ur house and do shit without them

Buy a safe, put ur devices in it, hide the key somewhere. Enjoy life without it and eventually u will forget ab it
No I meant some activities I could do without them.
What‘s entertaining and also kinda a help in looksmaxxing, besides lifting weights?
Because I already have planned that in.

Bmx is somewhat a looksmax because it could help with leanmaxxing but it's kinda a waste of time but if you like 15 it's alright just stop at 20 if you are high inhib and don't wanna associated with a childish hobby

I will definitely try something like that or a other sports type once I‘m healed up from my current surgeries.

I‘d rather try some nootropics like Phenibut ,L-Theanine, Aswagandha and Tongkat Ali before I go to medications.
It could also just be something self-induced (psychological, solvable through lifestyle changes) so I shouldn‘t have to take medications yet.

Problem is I already deleted all social media.
Nothing changed.
The only thing that I still have is YouTube, discord and this place.
Also the only thing that could lift me up from my “ugliness“ would be hardmaxxing, which I don‘t have the money for yet.
I‘m still saving up.
