But yea you can talk about masculinisation, eye aspect ratio, supra hooding. Actually that's more helpful anyway because there is not a good consensus of what hunter eyes are and everyone means slightly different things by it.

Because supra fat is cope if you fail one of the several other things you need (deep settedness, lateral canthus position, lower lid position/no scleral show, lower lid slope angle, good infra).

And also supra volume is not close to being the main driver of good eye aspect ratio. That is mainly related to a) your natural pfl which can't be changed and b) lower lid height which is related to eye settedness, infra support, and lower lid laxity. This is the reason most oculoplastics who talk about hunter eye surgery consider it a type of almond eye surgery (aka cantho).

Supra volume will only improve eye aspect ratio if you have the one in a million opry hood that hangs down over the iris. And it isn't advisable for everyone of all phenos to go for that amount of supra volumes for other reasons (harmony, longevity).

The point is the lower lid is in most cases the main target for improving pfh and thus eye aspect ratio. Not any kind of supra work. Alright but i believe supra implants can push the soft tissues upward and outward, which can then reduce apparent vertical lid opening and increase eye aspect ratio
