Stuff like fidgeting, making unnecessary eye contact with people, being overly aware of your environment, tensed forehead muscles or lips, tense muscles on your body in general, smiling or grinning (cheesing) to relieve tension, crossing your arms or legs in a public setting, talking more than the other person or oversharing, etc. These are all signs of not having frame and not having frame means you have no status or sex appeal.

Good question. I think it’s way easier to naturally hold frame than it is to be aware about it and try to force it without laying down the ground work. There are two parts to it:

1. Physiology. Minimize cortisol by not being sleep deprived and not spiking your insulin with refined carbs. Also stay away from alcohol since it messes with your GABA and stay away from weed. Also avoid stimulants. You can experiment supplementing with L theanine and ashawaganda to take it further. This makes step 2 way easier.

2. Mentality. You can’t trick your thinking brain that you’re alpha (have frame) but you can trick your limbic system. The best way to do this is to breathe slowly, maintain open body language/take up space and literally don’t care about what’s going on in your environment (ignore strangers because they don’t matter, don’t look around subconsciously checking for danger, etc).

Regarding what you said about feeling accomplished, this doesn’t really matter I think since you don’t want to depend on your ego to hold frame. It’s better to develop a idgaf mentality about life in general. Like whatever happens happens.
