How do i talk to people

A lot of people on this forum larp mental illnesses but i likely have one. my dad and brother both have diagnosed bipolar disorder and anger issues. my dad has beat the shit out of me my whole life leading me to have severe social anxiety and not know how to talk to people.

Whenever i look on social media and see what my classmates lives are like i realize how happy people around me are and how much friends they have to support themselves. i see their behavior patterns and try to utilize them when i talk to people but they can detect im just trying to fit in. I’m probably mtn in looks with good appeal but im still rejected from society.

Is this due to me growing up alone and having low confidence or the mental illness i most likely have?
