Softmaxxing: getting tan, letting stubble grow (or use minoxidil), eyebrows could use minoxidil, but I think just using a black dye or makeup should work, cheekbones dont look that different so just debloat a little

Hardmaxxing: The nose on the filter is slightly different, so rhinoplasty, and the hunter eyes would need canthoplasty to get rid of uee (both surgeries carry the risk of looking uncanny)
