How do I use tretinoin correctly in my skincare?

Hello guys I wanted to fix my skin. The biggest flaw I have are blackheads which I have on my nose and under my eyebags above my cheeks. I also have some pimples but 90% of the time they are without pus. I bought 0,0025% tretinoin because people said it would help against blackheads but the women at the drug store scared me because she said my skin isn’t that bad and I should be careful with it because it could make my skin worse. I just want to achieve flawless skin which has this glowing look if yall understand what I mean.
Can someone help me with my skincare?

It won't make your skin worse. This is coming from a long time tretinoin user.
At most, it'll dry out your skin and maybe make it more irritable.
If you want a glowing look, add Matrixyl and/or Snail Mucin Essence into your routine.

use tret at night before going to sleep on a dry skin or buffer it with moisturizer in the begining to avoid irritation although tret gets less effective this way
spf 50 is a must whenever you go out uv exposure would nuke your tret progress without using sunscream andd going out is like taking 2 steps forward with tret and 5 steps backward with uv fuck up
make sure to use a moisturizer as your skin is going to be dry and peel ( dont worry its normal )

and most important around week 2-3 of using tret you are most likely gonna experieence tret purge ( basically tret increases cell turnover so all of the gunk deep in your skin would come on your face ) you would have much more acne much less texture basically the worst possible skin of your life but just keep on going the purge ends for most at week 6-8
after that around month 3-6 is when you acheive glass skin ( if you use spf 50 religiously )
