How do I use Tretinoin?

I only have acne around my mouth area, and its just reaccuring spots, usually annoying ugly white heads. Do i apply tret directly on my spots as like an acne cream? ive seen people rub it all over their face and but that doesn't seem right. Also if anyone has a better reccomendation for that kind of acne, would be great.

I wouldn't use tret, instead use peptide implants - these are super optimal for skin.

You shouldn’t just apply Tret on ur spots use it all over ur face. I would just use tazarotene as its stronger

No neither are spot creams as they are retinoids that increase cell turnover, if ur acne is not that harsh then u can use something like 2 percent salacylic as a spot cream
