my face is darker than my chest no matter what I use it’s still tanned. and also for the first time a girl has talked to me I know her for like 2 days I’ll see her in 2 weeks again I’m afraid my subhuman skin color will scare her off (I have bad hyperpigmentation and bad dark circles and a deep tan, being dark≠ subhuman)

1. Sunscreen! Sunscreen! Sunscreen! I cannot stress this enough! To anyone reading this, please wear your darn sunscreen. SPF 30 minimum. For you OP, I would recommend SPF 50 PA+++, I use a Japanese brand. Get one that is fast absorbing, and avoid sunscreens that are sticky or leave a grey film

2. Exfoliate consistently. Use a salicylic acid cleanser or any AHA or BHA acid a few times a week to help remove dead skin cells. This will brighten and even out your tone/complexian

3. Consider topical creams, serums, or lighteners such as Azelaic acid, Kojic acid soap, topical vitamin C, or hydroquinone if you’re really desperate

4. Optional but keep your skin hydrated with something like hyaluronic acid. Hyperpigmentation thrives in dry skin so it’s always important to stay hydrated

These all work synergistically to lighten/brighten skin tone:
Creams = Lighten by inhibiting tyrosinase and melanocytes
Exfoliation = Clears your skin and makes products absorb better
Sunscreen = Maintains your results

Ultimately the most important piece of advice here is sunscreen. You can slather on all the lightening creams in the world, but if you don’t protect your skin from the sun, all your progress will go to waste, and you might even end up with worse pigmentation

It takes time, so be patient and consistent!

Good luck bhai 🥰

Which cream/serum should I use for the best and strongest results
The strongest ones are prescription creams that directly inhibit or destroy melanocytes (the cells that create melanin)

Hydroquinone is considered the gold standard and is a common treatment for dark spots. There’s an even more potent derivative of this drug named Benoquin (which can cause permanent depigmentation and induce chemical Vitiligo)

You can find some sellers online but be careful. Make sure sources are legit and you’re not getting scammed. Most come from places like India, SEA, or China. Prices for shipping can be quite expensive depending on where you live

Is there an alternative of hydroquinone

Spf ++++, rice based skincare products and whitening soap such as 20x extreme whitening soap, also exfoliate.
