How do I widen my lips

My lips are pretty full id say but it barely exceeds my nostrils width, when I look up anything regarding lips the only thing that shows up is how to get fuller lips, which obviously isn't my issue, any sofmaxxes i can perform to increase lip length?
Nostril width:
4cm
Lip width:
5cm
Lip height: 3cm
(gap from eye to eye is 4cm btw)
an extra cm would probably save me or maybe this isnt an issue at all no idea

Take a long piece of wood and wedge it between your lip corners. You can try altering it a bit to have more comfort and avoid tearing from a corrugated/uneven surface.
