Your strategy should be to fight prolonged fight and force him to move constantly, therefore kicking

Kick him and always have distance between each other, Kick to knees Area, might even Bellow and above

Once he runs out of energy, you Can beat him

Imagine like primal people hunted animals, they followed it till it was so tired it wouldn't put Up a fight

This strategy would depend on the level of bodybuilder your father is
