Why did saturn have to go mainstream

do people actually believe that

Now u normies make jokes about it

Deities don't exist lol

Elites want people to believe they worship satanic entities so they can scare the masses

When they don't do any of that

Satan doesn't exist, Saturn doesn't exist

A lot of the ancient gods were worshiped through sacrifices and devotions.

If you're looking to seriously worship him, I'd advise building an altar (it doesn't have to be big and extravagant, and could even be stowed in a drawer when not used. It could just be a pair of candles on either side of a plate with his sigil on it. Whatever you like). Use it for a short daily devotion, and a bigger weekly every Saturday (that's Saturn's Day, hence the name!). Wear his sigil (you should be able to find one at Third Planet or any pop-occult / hippie store, since he's a planet and major god). Really, it's up to you.

Some things to note with the altar and sacrifices are Saturn's likes and correspondences. I'd suggest reading the ancient myths on him, but I'll list some notable items:

God of Agriculture and Workers, so anything farming or labor related is a nice decoration for the altar

Capricorn and Saturn (obviously) are his astronomical counterparts, so any days favoring these two, astrologically, are favorable.

The number 2 is associated with him, so try to do things in pairs.

Saturday is his day, as well as the holidays Saturnalia and Yule

Trees associated are cypress, holly, and yew. If you choose to use a wand, one of these wood types are favorable, as well as anything else wood

Plants: grape, ivy, lavender, mandrake, myrrh. Any of these would be good for incense or sacrifice. Wine was always a favorable sacrifice to any god, so with Saturn liking grapes, it's even better. Grape juice would work, too. Remember: sometimes sacrifices were left, sometimes they were eaten. Whatever you feel right doing.

Birds: crow, raven, wren.

In then end, remember, these are just correspondences. You may start working with him, and feel something different is desired. It's your practice. If you feel connected to Saturn, anything you feel to be right likely is. He will communicate to you, even if it isn't directly and vocally. Look for his birds around you (crows and ravens are common, but look for strange behaviors in them), especially when they roost in his trees. Look for connections and read too much into them.
