I think I get what the problem and think there are things you still haven't thought of. You grew up mixed in the United States, so you're comparing yourself to whites around you. And all the whites around you are taller because you're part Asian. In the states, being a Hapa isn't really great, and is second tier to being white.

What helped me was just leaving the United States. What you will realize is that while your pheno isn't too hot in the states, in other parts of the world YOU ARE the top dog in pheno, even above whites,. What you should consider is geomaxxing.
