I’m still nowhere near the body fat I need to be to get the proper look but I’m wondering if when I do get to that point, if it’s gonna be there constantly or is it just a lighting thing. Bear in mind I’m still relatively new to looksmaxxing guys 🙏🏾 also can I get some tips to improve on too.

Wide jaws, good forward projection in jaw with a good forward projected chin. Good anterior projection in zygos and infra orbitals with a long zygos arch. And not to wide palate. Also starve maxxing and hopefully not that much fat in the buccal region

by having good bones (wide jaw/well developed massaters) and a low bf %

The above, but what you can do in reality/practically it's just weight cutting and dehydration (water loading), because at least that's what models do before they're on the catwalk / UFC fighters do when they weigh in

Avg day vs cat walk / weight in

Solid fuckin advice. Thanks man. I’ve been doing the opposite and drinking a fuckton of water so that’s a surprise

You're supposed to drink water, but that exaggerated facial way of looking (which is a relative thing, you can't keep it at that level all the time) can be achieved through this. For more detailed info, read the article below:

Just read the whole thing. Gonna try that water restriction technique and luckily my gym has everything else that I need too. Thanks again bro 🙏🏾
