Depends entirely on the focal length. If its around 25mm or lower it'll make your face look longer and narrower. If its between 35-50mm, it will resemble more how you see yourself in the mirror. If its higher than 50mm it'll make your face appear shorter and wider.

In my case my phone has a front cam focal length of 31mm vs 25mm on the back cam. That's why I look more real on the front camera, with just a slight level of distortion.

A video of yourself with back camera (as long as its not in ur face) or an inverted mirror video should all be pretty accurate. If u look good then u should look good in these.
