Metabolism, but men that get fat easily are wasting their genetics, being able to gain weight easily means being able to gain muscle

You have to overeat at every meal to the point that it's painful.

Metabolism is a myth. It's calories in/calories out + amount of movement done.

Fat people inherently move less and eat more.

No, weight gain is purely genetic, because it includes appetite + how well you digest food

I guarantee you I can gain more weight than anyone on this forum, and can lose it the fastest

Eat more, eat like a pig or just order everyday. Getting fat is easy

Thermodynamics just doesn't apply here? You're saying we both eat 2000 calories a day and do 1 hour of running only and we will gain/lose different amounts of weight because we supposedly "digest the food" differently? Sounds like fat cope.

Can you please explain how digesting the food can differ between people? I do agree that appetite can be different. This has to do with ghrelin in your brain. I used to be a pot head and if you look up the science ghrelin (the hunger hormone essentially) is increased in peoples bodies when they consume weed. After a while, you'll notice that (if you're a pothead atleast) the amount of ghrelin you naturally produced is downregulated because your body is smart and only relies on the weed to produce the ghrelin/appetite. You will start to not get hungry unless you smoke weed and you will stop eating food for maybe a week - 2 weeks after stopping completely. And don't tell me I'm wrong here because I was a pot head smoking atleast an 8th every day for 10 years.

You are entirely wrong.

They eat nonstop. Every time I go to the gas station 100 percent of the time if there is a fat person there they are buying a bag of chips. I've known a lot of fat ass people and they all eat insane amounts of food non stop all day. I just saw this dude today grabbing back to back free snacks in the waiting room. I have family members who constantly fantasize about food and talk about it like it's some sort of sexual pleasure JFL. They grunt and moan while passionately talking about sweets and treats

I'm skinny and I barely eat. I actually have to remind myself to eat so I won't starve. Food is merely fuel to me

I like sex; some people, however, derive pleasure from food and i've noticed that it resembles sexual arousal JFL

Yes, I believe if we both ate the same amount of food, and then went to the gym, did the exact same exercises, I'd gain more muscle
and no not just because of digestion, but when it does come to that, people have certain things in food their body can't handle such as lactose and gluten. and metabolism does exist, the faster your body processes nutrients and empties your stomach, the hungrier you'll become, though there are ways you can lower your appetite like fasting

I changed my mind being fat is 100% genetic

We're talking about fat. You'd gain more muscle than me if we both ate lets say 3000 calories and weighed 180 pounds at 183cm? Why is muscle being brought into this? That's just flat out wrong.

And lactose and gluten and all that is random stuff being brought into the equation. We eat 3k calories of chicken, broccoli, brown rice everyday at the same bodyweight/height and each ONLY do 1 hour of running and you will gain more muscle/fat than me? That is complete cope.

Metabolism does not exist. Fat people inherently move less and eat more than skinnier people. It is what is.

Getting more muscle is a way to lose or gain weight, depending where you're starting at

Gluten is VERY important as it's in nearly all processed foods which is why chad can get away with a shit diet, compared to sub-5s, but time will always catch up to them as the rate of metabolism becomes worse with age

and as for cardio, I promise you at the same height and weight I'd use my muscles more than you on a bicycle, as I've been riding for years and experience makes a huge difference in your biking style

and don't say if we run the same, no one has the same way to do anything, everyone is unique regardless of if it's in a good or bad way

Someone being born fat means that they moved less than someone born normal?

No, it's purely genetic since birth and until you die for each and every person

So you click on those videos of my 600 pound life and they look like jacked bodybuilders? No they are just fat pieces of shit. Fat people get this weird misconception of themselves being "jacked" sometimes because they are different fat deposits. Fat is fat. Take a DEXA scan and I guarantee that you will not have more muscle than someone you claim to have more muscle than (within reason OBVIOUSLY)

Gluten is irrelevant for weight gain. You think you just are 120 pounds more than me at same height because of gluten? JFL man.

I respect the fact you aren't trying to insult me in your arguments but you truly are just not making sense with the argument. It's not genetic and I encourage you to think about this logically.

You are trying to say that there is just an inherent difference in the way we gain weight/metabolize food. What you're saying is that:

A person who is the same weight/height + eats 3000 calories of chicken, brocolli, brown rice a day + does 1 hour of cardio a day - will gain weight differently. No, that's simply not true.

No, weight gain is purely genetic, because it includes appetite + how well you digest food

You attempted to claim that digesting food has a role in how you metabolize food but now you're claiming it's gluten. You're now just trying to say that "but we all do different things everyone is unique" -
and don't say if we run the same, no one has the same way to do anything, everyone is unique regardless of if it's in a good or bad way
This proves my point. You are arguing in my favor. You INHERENTLY EAT MORE AND MOVE LESS. You eat more than you think you do and move less than you think you do.

Again as I said, I appreciate the fact you can put your point forward without trying to insult me but you're just making bad arguments.

It doesn't help that fat food reviewers tend to refer pleasure from food with sexual ones like that sjjohnvoiceovers guy a fat black dude from Cleveland who always talks about food making him wet:forcedsmile: And calling himself daddy:lul: shits weird
