How do people fail to clear the military standards?

These are the minimum standards for the armed forces. I was able to do all of this while being 10 kgs overweight and 22% bodyfat couch potato. The only thing I somewhat struggled with was the pull ups. Now that I'm regaurly going to the gym and have lost weight these standards seem subpar to me tbh.

Most people are severely out of shape

Those you are supposed to do in sets of 10. It's not very hard

Ik I'm a lazy whale but what's the point? They'll be firing from a distance 99.99% of the time

We're not in the medieval ages anymore, nowadays they literally camp inside buildings while shooting and calling airstrikes on set coords from a distance

Physical fitness is still important for urban warfare and man to man dog fights tho

I could do 55 in one go as a femboy after practicing for a month. :chad:
I was about comment this. People who arr very skinny by default can do a lot of bodyweight exercises because they are only pulling the weight of their bones. Someone strong would be someone who can do a shit ton of them while still being relatively big and normal weight.

So how come women only need to do 40? Seems the female standards are really fucking low
