How do people have the energy to do anything in the morning?

Set an alarm to get up early for class and ended up falling asleep again and sleeping because I couldn't be bothered. I can't do anything remotely productive until at least 12pm.
 
Then go to sleep earlier or just wake up

I can't keep a consistent sleep schedule when I'm drinking or going out once a week. I can't fall asleep quickly to begin with anyway though. I never feel fully tired until 2am.
