You make a goal, you make a plan.
goals are alright but plans are bullshit no? u can plan a meal but even then sometimjes chicken and rice is out of stock everywhere or could be

Make a list of all your goals/plans/ambitions. Then cross out all of the unimportant ones/the ones you are so-so on and reduce the list to 5 goals. Follow those goals and achieve them.

Its in your genes, just like everything else. If you are intelligent and motivated you can think about the future and follow through on complex plans that you set out to fulfill. If you are lazy and unmotivated you wont. You can write as many goals down as you want, and put down your “plans” on paper, but if you wont do it then you wont do it and thats all there is to it.

The people who have big plans and succeed in them have a different brain

to achieve these goals, you must follow a strict routine (which should be in that paper)
,in this routine must be the activities that will during a certain time trigger the effect you want (your goals)

well before that you must know what are the activities that will
that will lead you to achieve the goals. you have to understand the subject too (study, training, whatever) to know what to do

It doesnt matter if you know or dont know what you are, if you have the genes that is all that matters. If you are motivated and set out goals for yourself then you will succeed. Its not that you can tell an unmotivated person to put down a strict routine, set a schedule, write down their plans, and then they will follow through. Thats like saying chad is successful because he is funny and likable - its taking an effect or result and attributing it as a cause. He is successful because he is good looking, and just the same, successful people are successful because they are motivated and work hard, not because they set out their plans on paper and had a good schedule. Setting goals, making plans, and following a routine is a result of being a motivated person, not a cause.

I was here for months doing nothing, today I studied 4 hours
if it did not exist there would be no psychological treatments that treat people, many recover and completely change their behaviour towards life.

it is also in the genes the thing that can react to the environment and you change your behaviour.

man thats not problem thats obvious. and everyone itt is saying obvious shit. i mean i need something to look forward to or something otherwise all my bullshit is killing me. im doing fine because im neet who knows something and im in right place for it to work etc so no need for strict plans. basically i need to make myself believe in goals cuz thats what keeps us from rope i guess. even if it doesnt work hope is nice especially if its 10 years away[probs even better] and feel like u have so much time for it or something jfl. basically i need myself to keep going. i mean i do have dreams but they are dreams for reason it happens out of luck or doesnt. wtf do i do actually save up for plastic surgery? jfl. i need copes. like that burger and jew with bait hook meme or something. otherwise i just feel like dead man walking

Albert einstein didn't know what genes he had but he was still a genius because his genes gave him a genius brain. Regardless of whether or not he knew what genes made him a genius, he was still doing advanced math and thinking 40 years into the future because that is what his brain did.

Like you said, its even in your genes to react to the environment and change your behavior. Thats what I mean when I say, its in your genes. Its not just about doing something totally on your own, but reacting to other information and doing something based on that. Every movement, every thought, every breath, is in your genes. They are the programming for every move you make


There are examples out there like yourself of doing nothing for months and then studying for hours, but all of that was prescribed in your genes. It seems like a lot of people have this idea that you can take someone lazy, unmotivated, and careless, and if you give them the right guidance and help that you can set them on the right path and then they will work hard and be goal oriented. But if they are going to do that then it was in their genes to be goal oriented in the first place.

Same with the psychologist - a person who is motivated enough to listen to the psychologist and make changes in their life already has the genes to make those changes and would do it with or without the psychologist there.

When people say “im not motivated, what can I do to get myself motivated” its already over because they cant even motivate themselves to find information on their own. The reason chinese people work for 12 hours a day 6 days a week and make products for half the globe is because they are motivated to do it. Its not that they were lazy and then they had someone restructure the country and tell them, “if you set out to do these things, and set a schedule, then you will be able to achieve your goals”

It might seem like semantics but its really important because unless you pick apart someone’s brain with a metal rod or give them cocaine, there is no changing their nature. It is set in stone and they will not transform into a motivated person unless its already in the programming of their brain.

People who work hard and plan for the future have different brain structure and different brain activity and this is what sets them apart from unmotivated people

Damn well i I would say set the most realistic goals possible. You cant become the next jeff bezos but you can still do things you enjoy and make the best with what you have.

I think one of the best changes is not to do more work, but to think about things differently and do things differently. For example, I used to have trouble talking to people because I have no natural social aptitude. I dont mean with approaching women, I just mean regular day to day interactions. I was going out all the time and talking to people and I thought that the more I talked to people the better I would get at it. But it didnt work because instead of just doing it a bunch, I needed to take a step back and think about it differently. Then, I started approaching people and talking and acting differently and paying attention to how they reacted to all the different things I said or did. In this way, I was doing less work but getting more out of it. If you are lazy then you can get more out of the same amount of work by just thinking and trying different things.

dude im doing things differently obviously just as i said. im neet making money and fuck being jeff benzos lol. call it cope but i believe money isnt worth it over free time as long as its over ur needs and u afford fun. depends person to person obviously but money wise im good so far. also i tried working hard and when it didnt work that well i changed way ovbivously.... more or less i dont believe in hard work, especially all my life good things always relied on luck and plans always got pushed their shit by things out of my hands etc... not just talking about money tbh. but all this feels like shit because i have this kind of mindset and feel lost or something get it? so i need to turn myself somehow to having goals or whatgever so i dont feel like shit and aimless
