How do people manage to stay sane while rotting?

I’ve been sitting in a room and haven’t really gone outside other than to empty the trash for 8 days straight now.

Am slowly starting to go insane. I actually miss my dogshit job.

How do people who are rotters manage to do this 24/7? This is legit torture.

diverting to copes. i.e internet, video games, films, music .etc. and i believe once they get tired of these copes, they plunge into insanity and rope

humans were never meant to rot. at most we'd sleep in a cave with a fire and our family of nine, even then that's not rotting at all. rotting makes you mentally ill
