Take a non distorted photo, then use an app (or Photoshop if your on pc) to measure the pixels.

It's difficult get a measurement in a standard unit, but you will be able to find your ratios.

They usually put an object with a determined size in line with their face, to map out the relation between real length and pixel length.

Or they just guess based of a general measurement or predicted measurement from an app.

I hear using back camera, propping it up, then stepping an arms length away. (could be wrong, you should be able to judge by comparing with mirror)

You can use the camera timer to set this up.

u cant its kinda cope. all photos look different. FaceIQ legit said marlon has pct, despite in multiple photos it looks like he has positive, some he has neutral, some he has slight nct. its all cope.

If you take a pic from far away and look straight ahead with neutral head posture it's accurate
