Balding due to DHT is oversimplified, basically if theres tension in your scalp (from external causes by the way) this causes inflammation, and because of this your body tries to decrease or stop this inflammation by producing an anti inflammatory substance, this is DHT, DHT goes to your scalp binds to your hair follices and maturizes them and makes them fall out. so you dont need to take a 5AR inhibitor, people 100 years ago were rarely bald because they had no scalp tension and were out in the sunlight with no bullshit in their food or their enviroment, just make sure you decrease inflammation by getting as much sunlight on scalp and making sure you have adequate vitamin D levels, aesthetic primal talks about this in more detail i recommend checking his stuff out

So im reading that it blocks binding to hair folicles as opposed to stopping the conversion. Where can i read more on the side effects and stuff of this?
Just look it up and see studies, only sides ive seen is sometimes inflammation where it's topically put but goes away quickly

Reading pill 😬😬😬
I’m looking into taking testosterone and a DHT derivative . I feel like I may rape my hormonal balance if I utilize an aromatase inhibitor with it though but I don’t want to have my growth stunted.
