Abt the same… on the other hand my skin is completely clear except for scars and I did it naturally through food choices…

Weight loss is the ultimate bitch but I have 2 weeks before I ship to Bootcamp where i’ll get shredded anyways.

Carnivore feels good until you have to eat anything you dont make yourself and then you have carbs and feel like puking…
