Lifts and just ignore/try to embrace it tbh. It sucks but I’ve accepted it, I don’t know how I have but I have. Probably because I took the JBBpill.

The average height for young healthy men is 5'11, not 5'9, which is why we as 5'8 "men" feel short as fuck when we go outside and get height mogged by 75-80% of men, and even women more often these days. I used to think 5'7 and under is really short for men but no difference lel, i wear shoes that give me atleast 1.5 inches of solid height so i'm close to 5'10 actually and still get height mogged, it's unreal.
I've always said 5'11 minimum.
