How exactly do u fix a deep bite with an sfs.

Like people with sfs aren't recessed. But their maxilla is too forward grown.

Do u go for maxillary down growth??

What surgeries is Clavicular gettin.
He also seems to have sfs.

bimax. You need down grafting its an issue with ur gonial and ramus

i have kinda sfs or its just compact midface but idk tbh
u can fix deep bite by braces
but sfs ur puberty can fix or just do bimax

clav doesnt have sfs, he has quite a short midface so wants to get downgrafting work done. He has a short face, but not short face syndrome. I thought I had it, i was told I didnt by the orthodontist, im not sure if he was coping though.

Clav btw doesnt have sfs, his skull is like mine

Its tall and wide with compact midface

if ur chin is recessed or short, like mine was, you need to thank God and kiss the ground cuz how lucky you are, all u need done is some fillers under the lip between and chin, and 2ml chin filler and u wll ascend 1 psl :lul:

ok then u will benefit from chin filler and filler in between the bottom lip and chin because theres probably a lack of volume there too i assume , it will dimorphise ur face a lot. I recommend 2 ML , they may only let u get 1ml first time since the skin will be super tight near the area but u can come back after and get another ml done.

its the most easiest ascension people are missing out on. JFL. U can have a recessed maxilla, but as long as ur orbitals arent too dog shit, and ur lean, and u have good down growth, and a masculinized chin that has volume on the bottom and between the lip and chin ur basically chad

He needs trimax either way, bc sfs is a sign of a jaw recession, he needs mandibular reshaping and clockwise movement, his chin is not apparently recessed bc his cw makes it seem so, but hes recessed

If u move his jaw clockwise it'd be visibly recessed which means his jaw is recessed. His mandible is just frauded by the gonial angle

Lower gonial angles make jaw look more forward grown.

no if u get good ones they can last 2 years, then again , send ur face in dms, side and front and i'll tell u if u need to actually trimax or bimax or if u can compensate with fillers without having to do allat
