how do u stay lean and make progress in the gym?

How can i stay lean while making progress in the gym?
I am 15-14%bf and cutting but i can´t progress anymore,i can´t do more reps or use more weight so i cant get bigger muscles, i want to progress but when i bulk my face looks like shit and bloated,what do u gymcels do??
 
A lot comes down to genetics.
Some are able to leanmaxx while building muscle.
Some need to bulk in periods.

you suffer for a few months for permanent(ish) gains

As a beginer you dont need to bulk. If you arent a beginner ( more than 1 year of continous training) then you need to maingain with around 300 calories surplus. Dirty bulkin is useless at the begining and itll only make you fat

Take creatine HCL. You get the strength benefits but without the bloat of monohydrate. I only take 800mg a day in capsule.

im from argentina and i can´t get creatine hcl,i tried the normal creatine and yeah it bloats my face
