Keep in mind the concept of returns. Do all those give you the same return on investment?

For an example, do you ascend the same amount with jaw implants and a paranasal implant?

I suggest getting the implants that will get you big returns and skipping the rest.

Implants look great unless you are a fattie.

Also...don't do a chin implant nigga. Fix it via some custom Osteotomy. If you are so recessed that you need genio + implant then it means you need DJS anyways.
