How do u think why Hartnett's philtrum i so long ?

I mean, all his features are great and harmonized everything is ok as in front as in side, he don't have any problem like malocclusione or processing or etc.,
So why it's as it is, what could cause it ?

Hartnett is still handsome because his nose is long enough to keep his features balanced. They wouldn't notice. King's is way too short.
