But that's the thing, in the old days there was no Tinder, Instagram or other crap. In my country even "dating" was a strange, unusual concept. Many men would meet a girl in high-school or college and after a while they married and that was it. It was unheard of going out with someone, then with someone else, etc., many couples who married had no experience with other people.
I've met lots of married middle-age or old men who today would be incels, that still managed to find someone, I think the modern way of life and the new technology has simply ruined the way people interact with each other and will cause even more incels to appear in the future.
