How do yall deal with inceting fasted

Everyone thats on ghrh ghrps or gh itself knows: 90-120min fasted is a must for injection, and not eating after ofc

I inject at 9pm and last meal is at 7pm how do yall deal with it, sometimes its hard for me
to reach my calorie goals bcs of school etc

You should pair gh injection with glucose milk btw. Just make sure to have modalities to stay insulin sensitive
