How do you a fix recessed infra orbitals and eyelid overhang?

I swear my eye area is the downfall of my looks. I know about surgery and fat graphs but I can’t hardmaxx as I’m broke . Anyone know how to hide recessed io and fix overhang on my eyes it’s caused me to look like a neg canthal tilt chud
