how do you acc measure FWHR

I see some people take measurements from top of eyebrows, some from bottom and some from the top of the eyes, what one should I do?

middle of eyebrows for the best middle ground

its lowest Point of the inner eyebrow to top philtrum

why the fuck would you take it from top eyebrows when it basically measure your midface. your eyebrows arent part of the midface.

I measured again without lens distortion and it was better, but my face is acc pretty compact apart from my fucking philtrum which is like 20mm
