Its so hard to cut, Im not even obese just like 150 lbs 5'9 but bloated face

no sugar no starch cardio that you can maintain at a steady pace for at least an hour a day lots of water 24 hour intermittent fasting

it'll nuke your T whenever you're trying to drop weight quick though
 
Intermittent fasting is the key

I only eat once a day but until I'm full

Also no junk food or things like Coca Cola.

intermittent fasting can be good for testosterone since hunger short term can create a spike. no sugar is good for testosterone water, cardio only decreases if done for like 2+ hours.

either way once a person loses weight their testosterone is better because less of it is converted to estrogen
 
Guys, how many -kcals a day for optimized weight loss? -300 or -400 enough?
